Abstract Sponsorship Requirements by Society

The requirements for each society are listed below.

 

AAA

Regular Members - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

Associate Members - may sponsor their own abstracts only

Student Members - are not able to sponsor any abstracts

Postdoctoral Members - may sponsor their own abstracts

Emeritus Members - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

 

APS

Regular Members - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

Trainee Members - are not able to sponsor any abstracts

Student Members - are not able to sponsor any abstracts

Emeritus Members - are not able to sponsor any abstracts

 

ASBMB

Regular Members - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

Industry Members - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

Early Career - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

Affiliate Members - may sponsor their own abstracts

Graduate Members - may sponsor their own abstracts

Undergraduate Members - are not able to sponsor any abstracts

Emeritus Members - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

 

ASIP 

Regular Members - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

Trainee-Undergraduate Members - are not able to sponsor any abstracts

Trainee-Graduate Members - are not able to sponsor any abstracts

Next Generation - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

Associate Members - are not able to sponsor any abstracts

Emeritus Members - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

 

ASPET

Regular Members - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

Postdoc Members - may sponsor their own abstracts and any other abstracts

Abstract Sponsor Requirements

The person designated in the abstract submission as the "Sponsor" on section four of the submission attests to:

• The merit of the abstract submission and presentation

• The significant role in the research being reported of all authors listed on the abstract

• All authors adherence to the EB Scientific Integrity Policy 

• All authors adherence to the EB submission requirements 

• Their own membership in an EB host or guest society is in good standing

• Their own eligibility to sponsor per the society eligibility information
