Visa Information
All individuals traveling from outside the United States must apply for entry visas as soon as possible and at least three to four months prior to the date of travel. The most updated information may be found at the U.S. State Department site. Scientists visiting the U.S. may find helpful information at The National Academies of Sciences website. Please do not wait until you receive your registration confirmation before applying for a visa. All visitors traveling to the U.S. from visa waiver countries (i.e., Europe, Japan, Australia, etc.) must meet all requirements. If your visa is denied, make sure that you send in a cancellation request by Thursday, March 17. Cancellation requests made after Thursday, March 17, will not be able to receive registration refunds. Cancellation requests may be sent in to info@experimentalbiology.org.
