Registration Information
Registration for EB 2022 is now closed. If you would like your certificate of attendance or presentation go to the Registration Resource Center and enter your email address and badge number for retrieval.

Registration included access to scientific sessions, poster sessions, exhibits, Career Central, and much more!
You can save up to $200 off the price of registration by first becoming a member of one of the EB host societies. Learn more about the host societies.

All EB 2022 attendees must be fully vaccinated to pick up a badge for the conference. For complete details about the EB’s health and safety guidelines, please visit our Health and Safety Information.
If you register during EB 2022, there is no manual vaccination record inspection onsite. All verifications will be done online via HealthShield/42Chat. Validation may take 24–48 hours if submitted outside of HealthShield's dedicated support windows which are listed below:

April 1– 2 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
April 3–4 9 a.m.–11 p.m.
April 5 9 a.m.–10 a.m.

Submissions received outside these dedicated hours may not receive validation until the next dedicated support window.
​
We strongly recommend that all participants register before coming to the conference and that you submit vaccination materials at your earliest convenience.
If you do not complete validation, you will not be able to print your badge at EB 2022. You will be asked to submit your records to HealthShield/42Chat at the badge pick-up area and will have to wait for verification before a badge can be issued.

Guests
Registered attendees may bring up to two family members to attend the session that they are speaking or presenting. Each guest must be registered and have their vaccination records validated in advance. The guest badge fee is $25. View the Health and Safety page for additional information.
To register a guest, sign into the EB 2022 registration resource center using the email you entered during registration and your badge number. This information may be found in your confirmation email. Follow the directions on the screen to retrieve login information if needed. Once logged in, click on "Add a Guest" and fill out the form.

There are two tiers of registration based on dates. The tiers include Early and Advance rates. Register early to take advantage of lower rates.

Eligibility Requirements

Postdoctoral Trainee
Trainees have obtained their doctoral degree within the last five years and are currently enrolled in a postdoctoral trainee program.

Graduate Students
To be eligible for the Graduate Student rate, you must be enrolled in a graduate or professional degree program and have not yet earned a doctoral degree. You must have a department head or research advisor certify your student eligibility. If registering online, enter the name and email address of your department head. Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students.

Undergraduate Students
To be eligible for the Undergraduate Student rate, you must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and have not yet earned a baccalaureate degree. You must certify your student eligibility. If registering online, enter the name and email address of your department head.

Cancellation Information
Applications to cancel conference participation must be provided in writing and accompanied by a copy of the registration receipt. A $50 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund. The request must be sent to info@experimentalbiology.org by March 15, 2022. Cancellation requests received after 11:59 PM (ET) March 15, 2022, will not be refunded.

Substitutions are allowed at any time but must be requested in writing to info@experimentalbiology.org and be of the same registration rate or higher.
